Restorative yoga is a form of yoga that seeks to achieve physical, mental and emotional relaxation with the aid of yoga poses and props. The use of props makes it easier for you to maintain balance while you activate and relax your body. Are you new to yoga? Or are you dealing with an injury or just wanting to work at your own pace? This class will focus on the basic poses, breathing, stretching, flexibility and relaxation.
$160 for 10 sessions
9 – 10 am Mondays, starting September 18th
9 – 10 am Fridays, starting September 15th
