Elaine has an interest in how other body systems can play a role in creating or maintaining musculoskeletal conditions. Such as, breathing mechanics and how dysfunctional breathing patterns can have a widespread effect on the body. She has a special interest in women’s health, including pre and postnatal care, as well as, a passion for treating babies and children.
Elaine is a West Kelowna local and moved back to the Okanagan to practice osteopathy after living in NZ for 7 years. She enjoys traveling and experiencing other cultures, as well as, hiking, snowboarding and yoga. Her yoga practice has allowed her to gain a better understanding of breathing, posture and how the body moves in a functional way.
