Brenda Eastwood – IS YOUR INTESTINAL BACTERIA BALANCED?

IS YOUR INTESTINAL BACTERIA BALANCED?

The straightforward answer is, probably not.

We believe that everyone should do an intestinal tune up once a year which will help eliminate the high level of bad bacteria and simultaneously re-implant healthy levels of good bacteria. This process will work better for some people than for others, and some people need the intestinal tune up sooner than later.

WHAT IS AN INTESTINAL TUNE UP?

Take one packet of HIT (Healthy Intestinal Tract probiotic) twice a day for two weeks (best taken first thing in the morning and last thing at night) or take one capsule of Friendly Trio three times per day with meals. During the same two weeks, take either 2 tsps of Silver Biotics liquid or 15 drops of GSE twice a day (best taken both after breakfast and after dinner or mid-morning and mid-evening).  That is it!  Simple.

WHO NEEDS AN INTESTINAL TUNE UP IMMEDIATELY?

  1. An intestinal tune up should immediately follow a round of antibiotics (hopefully you won’t need antibiotics now that you know about GSE and Silver Biotics).
  2. If you suffer with
  • Gas, bloating, intestinal cramps, diarrhea, constipation, irritable bowel syndrome (IBS)
  • Gluten sensitivity, sensitivity to sugar or other food sensitivities
  • Urinary tract infections
  • Rosacea, acne or other skin problems
  • Acid reflux, gastroesophageal reflux disease or heartburn
  • Crohn’s disease, colitis, celiac disease
  • Autoimmune problems such as Hashimoto’s Disease
  • Joint inflammation

WARNING: If you start to feel like you are getting the flu when you do your intestinal tune up, then it is likely because you have an overgrowth of Candida.  Both Silver Biotics and GSE will kill off Candida Albicans, but only the correct protocol of diet and supplements will eliminate the overgrowth completely and keep it from returning.  If you have this experience referred to as “die-off”, please refer to CTH 11-Do You Have Candida?

BEYOND THE INTESTINAL TUNE UP

If you have any of the above health issues, you will need to take more action than just the intestinal tune up to restore yourself to a state of optimal well-being.   An intestinal tune up is a good first step. We recommend continuing on with at least one packet of HIT per day or 1-2 capsules of Friendly Trio and seeking guidance through the FAQ, email dialogue and/or a personal one on one consultation.

WHEN THE INTESTINAL TUNE UP HAS LIMITED BENEFITS

Friendly bacteria must attach themselves to the intestinal lining and compete with “unfriendly” bacteria for binding sites.

If your diet has been low in fiber, and/or you have been passing less than the ideal amount of stool daily, then you will have built up a residue of old fecal material in your large intestine.  This accumulation will breed unfriendly or bad bacteria that will compete with your friendly or good bacteria.  This can prevent your good bacteria from finding enough adhesion spots to bind to.

In order to provide a healthy host environment for those bacteria that attach to, it is necessary to remove any old impacted fecal matter, excess mucous and other sticky materials that may line the intestinal walls. This is best done with the Pure Psyllium Husk and Intestinal Cleansing Herbs colon cleanse which you will learn about later in this series.  Adequate amounts of dietary fiber will ensure a healthy environment for the healthy bacteria to flourish once a proper colon cleanse has been completed.

If you are ready at this time to do a full colon cleanse, then please download your complimentary copy of the e-manual “The Scoop on Poop, How to Create Vibrant Health from the Inside Out” from our Online Store.
